The hotel of choice in Lefkandi Chalkidas. Modern and fairly clean property with amazing view of the sea. Excellent location as only 5 minutes to Heroon. And only 10 minutes walking to downtown. A nice restaurant for dinner.

Found hidden gems in this remote part of Greece, from stunning landscapes and beaches to ancient ruins. Also enjoyed private boat tours and sailing cruises. Absolutely exhilarating!

Too bad I didn't find a time machine to go back and avoid the unhygienic bathrooms and the strange toilet paper disposal method.

I had a wonderful 12, day stay at a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. the apartment had a huge balcony and was always clean. I appreciated having two air, conditioning devices, one in each room, and the balcony doors had nets to keep out insects. the hotel also had excellent wifi, which was a plus. It was a perfect starting point for exploring Southern Evvoia, and just a 15, minute drive from Halkida. This was my second time staying at Philoxenia Hotel, and I can't wait to go back again!

The hotel is in a nice, rural community near a simple beach and plenty of tavernas by the sea. the rooms are spacious and modern with big balconies, large fridges, and kitchen facilities. the staff is professional, warm, and extremely helpful. the morning breakfast comes with a good variety of delicious food options.

The lobby and hallways of the hotel can be hot and lacking air conditioning, which may not be ideal for some guests.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was spacious, with two balconies, and the location was perfect. The staff, especially the delightful girl at the reception, treated us exceptionally well.
